All employment shall be voluntary, and workers are free to resign after reasonable notice. The use of any form of slavery or coerced labor is strictly prohibited and must comply with International Labor Organization (ILO) standards.
Chia Cheng’s Supplier Code of Conduct is aligned with the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) Code of Conduct.
